Features: In most spots, there are two sets of trails, one for bikes and one for horses. Dogs are allowed on either trail (paved and dirt). Parking is available at the Yorba Regional Park.

Features: This regional park has 175 acres with several streams and four lakes. There are also over 400 picnic tables and over 200 BBQ stoves. If you want a longer walk or jog, the park is adjacent to the twenty mile long Santa Ana River Bike Path and Trail.

Features: This city park offers gently rolling green hills and shady areas. The park has large childrens playgrounds, tennis courts and other sports courts. Dogs are allowed but must be on a 6 foot or less leash and people are required to clean up after their pets.

Features: This 0.8 acre fenced off-leash dog area is located in Butterfield Park. The dog park is well-shaded with benches, a picnic table, and a doggie drinking fountain.

Features: Off-leash, 3-acre dog beach in Long Beach, which allows only one dog per adult. No dog shall be outside the orange traffic cones without its master on a leash. The cones outline the off-leash area. Dog must wear collar and tags at all times. Dogs are not allowed to walk on the bike path (only to cross it). Enter the dog zone between the two yellow flags on metal poles at the parking lot. No aggressive dogs are permitted.

Features: At 600 acres, this is the 2nd largest city park in Los Angeles, and much of the landscape of natural chaparral is crisscrossed with hiking trails. There are barbecue pits, a small man-made lake, restrooms, and a children's play area at the central picnic area.

Features: This park has over 350 acres of coastal sage scrub, woodlands, a freshwater marsh, and a 55 acre reservoir. They have a variety of dirt paths and trails (approx. 2-3 miles) which are frequented by hikers, mountain bikers, equestrians and of course, leashed dogs.

Features: The dog park is located in Vina Vieja Park, and is 2.5 acres and fenced. There is a large dog area and a small dog area. The dog park has a grass surface with no herbicides used. The park is maintained by the City of Pasadena and capital improvements are done by POOCH, a dog group in Pasadena.

Features: A 61.1 acre park, and the city's largest fully maintained park, is located just south of the Rose Bowl Stadium, and offers a variety of recreational opportunities. Some of the park's features/amenities include lighted gaming fields, picnic areas, most with barbecue pits, drinking fountains, playground areas, and restrooms. Dogs of all sizes are allowed. They must be well mannered, and leashed and cleaned up after at all times.

EATON CANYON NATURE CENTER

Features: This 190 acre day-use park is considered to be a zoological, botanical, and geological wonderland, and there are also a variety of recreational opportunities available. Some of the features/amenities include a nature center/gift shop, hiking trails, and restrooms. Dogs of all sizes are allowed for no additional fee. Dogs must be under their owner's control at all times, and be leashed and cleaned up after.

HAHAMONGA WATERSHED
Hours: Open during daylight hours.

Features: The Hahamongna Watershed Park (formerly Oak Grove Park) allows leashed dogs on the trails and on the world's first disc golf course. During the summer months, there can be rattlesnakes here, so make sure your dog stays leashed. You'll also want to keep your pup away from the ground squirrels.

Features: Riverwalk Dog Park is divided into two areas for large and small dogs. The park has water, cleanup bags and benches. There is not much shade in the park yet as the trees that have been planted there are still small. To get to the dog park from the 91 Freeway exit at Magnolia and head north on Pierce. Pierce will turn into Esplanade but Pierce will head off to the left. Follow Pierce by turning left to the dog park.

Features: We have 3.5 acres divided into 2 large areas & 1 smaller area just for little and older dogs. The larger areas are rotated to help reduce wear & tear on the turf. Amenities include: Fencing, Benches, Handicapped Access, Lighting, Parking, Poop Bags, Restrooms, Shelter, Trash Cans, Water Available. Current Shots & License Required. We are also double-gated for Safety.
